Farm Bureau Insurance

Have had insurance with Farm Bureau for 3 years. Called twice in the last two weeks and no one has returned my calls.

Kelly at the front desk isn't only helpful, she's become a lifelong friend. Knows her business and really cares about every customer.

I know they are a good Insurance carrier that we have been with for many years, but the last few years, they seem to be not as professional and customer friendly as in previous years. They are constantly raising premiums! Sometimes you can get just too big for your britches and we know what happens then!

Had rated 5 stars awhile back. Recently my car insurance rate more than doubled without anything negative on my record. I will likely be switching in the near future.

We have all of our Insurance there. It keeps skyrocketing. It's good Insurance and they do pay good on claims or the few that we've had, but if you know what Insurance poor is, that's how I feel. We even got a loan through the Farm Bureau Loan company. It was supposed to have been 4.9%, but they ended up charging 6.9% because we didn't borrow over 10K. Never again. I DO NOT do business that way. Everyone needs to know how greedy they are getting. Shame on them!!!
