Because of the bull I had to go through yesterday saying a 2 is nice.
Well I mistakenly clicked on this. However my honest opinion the lady who works there is very friendly . I appreciate all her hard work. I would give her 5 stars . The only problem is she's only one person and it's impossible to get any one on the phone when you need to talk to her. I no she's busy and I'm not one to complain . I just live to far out to run to town just for a question.
My insurance went up from $130 to $200 because of failure to gather all of my proper information. Now I’m being billed for her mistake. Switched to farm bureau and am now saving $50.
Its not a very big place.. So you end up waiting outside until the lady can come get your money. But she is very friendly and super helpful.
WONDERFULLY FRIENDLY SERVICE, AND SAVE LOTS OF MONEY.
