Rafael Hoz - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been a policy holder with them for years, no problems at all with customer service as I was always greeted very nicely. Recently I purchased a new vehicle and I had inquired about comprehensive insurance for it and never got a call back or an e-mail as promised since December. I have added a new driver too and I want to know what the change in my monthly payment will be but I have been left with no answer again. Deeply upset, I have had to call several times they do not answer, nor follow up as promised.
