Warm and inviting office. The staff appreciates you when you walk in the door to the time you leave. I saw Mr. Hitcho on WFMZ Noon news over a year ago and knew I would call his office when I was ready to retire. Having to retire sooner than expected, I called the office in Dec 2025, gave some information to the gentleman on the phone and got an appointment in Jan 2026. Lisa F is my advisor, and she has been with me every step of the way with changing from Group insurance to Medicare and the necessary forms. I delayed follow through and Lisa helped me with the computer end of it to expedite and hopefully have Medicare in place by March 1st. Donavan was absolutely 💯 fantastic and he’s very pleasant to talk with!! Saved me $$ and I’m on a great prescription plan. I’m on SS. My wife has a meeting Monday for her health insurance with Donavan who was very efficient and we shall see if we can afford it since the POS in the White House has disrupted the country and world!!
