Excellent experience. I called the office to inquire about coming in to the office to handle an insurance matter, and instead, the gentleman I spoke to handled everything over the phone in about 5 minutes right then and there. There was no fumbling with an automated answering service, navigating a complex labyrinth of menus, hoping to get to an actual human being who is located in a call center in some remote part of the world. None of that. Just call, a guy picks up the phone, helps you out, and you’re done. We need more of this.

You will never meet two people who care about the customers they serve more than Vinnie and Dan. Since I became a State Farm customer with Vinnie’s office, every interaction that I have had has been sincere and focused on addressing my needs as a policyholder. As my life and insurance needs change, I know I can always rely on Vinnie to be there to guide me in the right direction. Five stars is nowhere near enough to describe the excellence this office delivers- I highly recommend!

I have been with Vincent's office for two years now and I absolutely loved it. Laurie was my point of contact. She was extremely helpful from the start getting me the best policy and coverage for my needs with the best possible price. Since I have had the policy it has been such a breeze working with her. Anything I needed was addressed immediately without a second's wait. Strongly recommend this office. The coverage is phenomenal but more importantly knowing that you have a staff that is willing to help at a second's notice gives you peace of mind.
