Great local family insurance company. Great service, great personal service!! Finished our AARP Safe Driving course a couple of weeks ago because my Allstate Agent Jared sent me a free link. So good to go over the reminders to help us be safer drivers & prevent accidents. And then Jared set up a discount for my yearly premium. I called to review all my policies and Made necessary adjustments. As we get older we appreciate having people & businesses that look out for our best interest. That's how we feel about The Sapp Agency! They really treat us like family & as kind neighbors. I stopped by to drop off car maintenance paperwork & got a warm greeting and brought home my calendars for 2024 in large print!! Thanks for your personal service!!

New to town and bought a house so I was in the market for homeowners insurance. I did some research and everything led me to the RaDonna Sapp Allstate Insurance Agency. They were very knowledgeable, fairly priced, friendly, and helpful. I haven’t had to file any claims as yet but feel comfortable and confident that they will take care of all my needs. I've been a member of the Allstate family for almost 6 months. So far the service has been excellent. Everyone in the office has been there every step of the way, giving more than expected and answering all questions. I really don't know why I am just now writing a review! I could not possibly give Ms. Radonna, Jared, and their team enough stars. I have been with Ms. Radonna since I was a 19 year old college student at Georgia Southern. That was in 1991!!! She and her team have been with me through every stage - from rental insurance for my first apartment, to buying a home in Atlanta and navigating homeowner's insurance for the first time, to insuring teen and young adult drivers - and of course, all the cars in between. Moving into the next generation, as my children become adults and move on to their own policies, I know that they will be well taken care of by Jared. We are going on 7 months of unresolved claims. I have not received a courtesy call or even the slightest concern from this office. We were loyal Allstate customers for nearly 18 years in Macon and our agent retired. We left and came back to Allstate and we truly regret it. They have been ridiculously hard to work with and the agent is little or no help at all. It amazes me that I would get this survey but not a simple email asking how my claims are going and if I need help.
