I’m really disappointed with the lack of communication from JJ Puccio and his team. Back in June, I was notified that my insurance policy was ending and was personally assured by their office via email that renewal would be handled with no issue. After that, I reached out multiple times asking for a copy of my coverage card, since I couldn’t pull it up on my account, (now I know why) and was essentially ghosted. Never got an email response back. When I finally called again today to follow up, I was told that my policy was not actually renewed — meaning I had been without coverage for months without knowing it This is not the first time lack of communication has been an issue, as I had a similar problem come up a couple years ago when I got a new car and changed addresses and needed to have
