Ginger and her team are the best! After being with All State for over 25 years we moved all of our policies over to them recently. They were able to show us multiple ways we could save on our policies that All State wasn’t providing or offering even after being a customer there for so long. They were also able to provide us coverage on our tiny homes that no else could provide. If we ever have a question or need help with a policy they are quick to provide an answer or solution. A+ all around, highly recommend!

My husband and I have had state farm insurance with Mrs. Larrabee since before they moved to Statesboro. She has a Wonderful group who have been awesome throughout the years. Couldn't ask for a better insurance company either. Anything you need they are always so helpful and quick to respond. Thank you all for everything that you do. I switched my insurance to this agent and was very happy with the friendly help since my previous agent could not be reached after a week to add new coverage. Fast forward a few months and I needed roadside. I went to the app to request it and it was not added. I have three other cars with the service but not on the new car. Then I was told that my coverage for the new car was not at the level needed. After a week they can't provide an explanation nor does my app show roadside still available for my new car. Also no update on reimbursement for the roadside I had to pay out of pocket. Only answers I get is finger pointing and they are waiting. Somehow my level of insurance was changed without any reason why or how.

Ginger Larabee State Farm is the best! They have great customer service and are always ready to help in any way. Agent Shelley-Starr Hershey is awesome, she always goes the extra mile and is very helpful. Would highly recommend them.

State Farm has excellent customer service. They are willing to help in any way they can. We have been with this insurance agency for about 30 years and Laura has always been there for us.
