This place was a life-saver for me! I had to re-apply for Medicare and did not have much time to change what I had chosen. I got some bad advice from another agency and I desperately wanted to change my Medicare Advantage choice. Not only did Shanda rescue me but she also was offended that someone would give me such bad Medicare advice. She takes her job to heart and genuinely cares about her clients. I was concerned about my Mom's pricey supplement increasing so outrageously along with the craziness surrounding my own health insurance, which is why I am so happy we found this group! (I honestly wish we had found them sooner.) Bret was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable of the policies and helped us find the right ones to suit our needs and budget. Without any doubt the best experience anyone could ask for when dealing with insurance.
