Ayesha Shah has got to be one of the MOST attentive insurance agents I have EVER dealt with in my 25+ years of being employed!! If she doesn't answer, send a text and she will get back to you in a flash!! She takes her time to research in order to provide you the best answer/solution/resolution, customer service that money can buy. What a breath of fresh air. Most health insurance companies will send you a packet, take your money and send you on your way. Ayesha will guide you through what all your plan has to offer including the benefits and perks! If I could be on a Quest commercial for her to give my testimonial I definitely would! AYESHA SHAH.. YOU'RE A ROCK STAR!!!!!!

Elizabeth Marshall is a ROCKSTAR !! I was unable to get in my account and I called her just to ask for help and she literally did everything for me! She took completely control (respectfully) and make changes to account while I was on the phone and she did it super quick. Literally minutes. She then sent a screenshot of the of the changes to my email verify everything and that was also super quick. From start to finish Elizabeth took care of everything and exceeded my expectations!! My company goes through Quest for insurance. All of the employees are really upbeat and helpful, and they encourage you to ask questions. Marc and Jessica have both been really efficient at answering questions, while Laarni has been SO helpful assisting me with processing a long-term claim. She always provides updates on what's happening and is super quick about getting back to me when she needs info. In general, health insurance has always been a *frustrating topic* for me, but I appreciate the user-friendly presentations, help with claim issues and their customer service!
