Great Service, timely reply and very honest. Zoilita Martir helped us with home insurance and did an amazing job. She even recommended looking for other cost effective options from different company. Don't see this kind of honesty these days.

I have had my insurance with Coverage Inc and Erie for more than 5 years. I recently hit a deer and suffered damage to my truck. I called my agent who made it easy by taking the necessary information on the call. The Erie claims representative called and emailed quickly and recommended multiple approved auto body shops. I picked one and left my truck with them. They handled the estimate, received approval from Erie, and fixed my truck in less than 2 weeks! I thought it would take longer and parts may be delayed; definitely not the case. They did an awesome job! My agent followed up to make sure I had a good experience.
