Military Benefit Association

There is not quite right here. I had to apply for life insurance multiple times and there is still no record of my application. Moreover, when I try to find my insurance information on Met Life, there absolutely nothing there. Much improvement is needed from the organization.

Read the negative reviews, I wish I had. Member for 1.5 years when I finally submitted a claim... my reward - we're not covering anything. Reach out to MBA and was told did you do all of the bird dogging needed... no, I'm not in the mood to birddog why a claim for post-surgery treatment wasn't paid. If you're interested in bouncing between Tricare (aka Humana Military), their underwriter (Hartford), and MBA... yeah, I'll pass. Only thankful that I wasted a few hundred bucks and nothing else.

I would highly recommend this insurance company for supplemental insurance and other insurances. Outstanding. Lorraine Carpenter and Janice Carey are outstanding employees who are very professional courteous prompt etc. After speaking to various companies these two individuals were the turning point. They are both great assets to this awesome company. Before you pick anyone else make sure you contact these folks.

Been with MBA since the mid '90s. I was guaranteed my premium rate would not change. Now, my premium has changed twice in a year. Since, the insurance company has changed.
