Farmers Insurance - Edward McCarthy

We have been with Mr. McCarthy's Farmers Insurance company for a long time (over a decade) and we are very happy with him and his team.  They are very prompt and easy to work with. They also provide guidance on how to get maximum benefits of the discounts that they offer.

Edward didn’t give me roof discount for my brand new roof. And, after the first year my home insurance premium went up a lot, I didn’t have any claims; I ask Ed why this happened. Ed doesn’t provide any explanationh rather he gets back to me with “ Our auto home discount will save you XXper year. Can we quote you? How many cars and how many drivers do you have?” which I heard many many times from him and told him that I am not interested.Ed, stop cross-selling and hear out your customers’ concerns and help them. I am looking for a good insurance agent, let me know if you can recommend me someone good?

So grateful to have found Mr McCarthy and Farmers insurance. Mr McCarthy took the time to explain insurance options to me and save me $600 a year in auto insurance. I'm very happy to have a agent that I can call and speak with without going through a phone tree and many options to reach him. I highly recommend Ed McCarthy Farmers agent.

When I needed renters insurance my policy was issued immediately so I could move into my new home. Mr McCarthy is the best. I would definitely recommend Mr McCarthy if you are looking for an insurance agent. Mr McCarthy staff is always professional and courteous and exceptional when I need help with my policy.

We have had our business insurance through Ed for about twenty years. Thankfully, have not had to make many claims but both him and his staff have always been helpful when we've had a claim. Great service, great product and super nice staff. Not sure you can ask for better.
