They are useless, had to go through them for a medication denial by Capital Rx an even more worthless pharmacy benefit company. They try and wear you out by bouncing you around to different people who know nothing

Rather difficult to get clear answers. Pleasant demeanor, yet most unhelpful. Insurance should be easy to navigate and there should be CLEAR direction when navigating new members. The goal is to get set up for an easy to manage healthcare future… certainly not the case with this service. ** SAVE your employees the hardship and time by going a different route!
