After a vehicle fender bender I contacted State Farm. Talked to Vick then started the online claim through the State Farm app (he said to let him know of any problems). That was a seamless process and got the claim started the same day. As State Farm gave me options of my choice for a body shop. I selected Caliber Collision center which was close to my home. Also selected Enterprise car rental for a short term rental which was near Caliber. I then submitted the claim online. Within 15 minutes I got a call from Caliber to arrange the service drop off and got a call from Enterprise to make an appointment to pick a car up. The whole process was so easy.
