Ashley Hines: Allstate Insurance

I had a great experience working with Allstate- Ashley Hines' agency. Shoutout to Alyce- She is knowledgeable, responsive, takes the time to answer all my questions and explain my options clearly. Not only did I receive great customer service, but Dinora also went above and beyond to help my Mom get a great rate for her homeowners and car insurance coverage. A pleasant experience for both of us! (side note- if you are unhappy with the rates that seems to be a national issue and not determined by an individual agency)

We had an amazing experience working with Stacey Hedgecoke, our insurance agent. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and genuine throughout the entire process. Had insurance with them for 2 years. Terrible customer service. Won’t answer phone and won’t call back. Won’t answer questions in emails. Hopefully you won’t have to do a claim with these people because you will probably be left out to dry. Rates were also about 30% higher than other insurers.

Won't be coming back to allstate ... Clearly over charged me for a entire 4 weeks of insurance that was backdated on 01/01 when I called on 01/31 for the first time to add the insurance and then gave me the run around for 2 months and never got me a refund.

Customer service is awful! Communication is awful! We switched to them upon moving out of town and since they have screwed us over! We have a pool in our back yard and had to send proof of locks on our gates and we did. In the mean time they sent us a check that said refund and didn’t give us any instructions on what to do with it. We have been told that it was hard to get ahold of us and that isn’t true cause my husband was in contact with them the whole time. We sent them pics of the locks and they verified they had them yet still changed our policy. Ashley admitted to a lady in the office not relaying correct information to them, or putting notes in to give a call back. I’ve called twice a month now to get our insurance problems taken care of and Ashley assured me that a manager would g
