Tabitha Smith and Bill Tait are both awesome! State Farm always goes above and beyond and I will Be a customer as long as they let me. Tabitha and Bill both always answer calls (even after hours!). They are exactly why you want when you are searching for a good instance agent- responsive, always available , and reliable! Highly recommend !

He wasn’t pushy, he wasn’t salesy; he was genuinely kind, honest, and committed to a “customer first” approach, which speaks VOLUMES about how he runs his business. I have a great deal of respect for Bill and his team, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality insurance or an honest opinion on the best plan for their needs.

Tabitha was such a pleasure to work with. She was quick to respond to my calls. She made the process simple. She didn’t try to pressure me going with on plan or another. But instead gave me breakdown between a couple of options. Her personality exhumed thru the phone.

I highly recommend Bill Tate! I contacted him because at renewal my auto premium went to $690 per month with another insurance company. I got many quotes from other agents and Bill came in the LOWEST at $191 a month for my 2022 F-250. He was able to match my coverage as well for my unique Policy needs! Unlike most agents he cares about his customers! Yes $191! All the others were $340!
