I recently acquired a new vehicle and in the midst of doing so, did my planning with Melissa B to better understand pricing changes, my policy, and the like. I had many calls with Melissa B asking a lot of questions about pricing, business use, GAP coverage, what happens if this happens or that happens... and she was absolutely great in answering all of my questions with thoughtful answers. She made me feel taken care of and is clearly great at what she does (having been in the industry for 15+ years!). All said and done, I'm happy to report that I did end up getting a new vehicle and as we discussed, she was ready to "flip the switch" and add the new vehicle onto my policy.
