Just got off the phone with a 24/7 agent that had nothing to do with denise or her team. Let me just start by saying they (not denise or her team) helped me by changing my mileage that I requested help doing probably 3 times this year and all I got from denise was "ill look into it" or an automated email.ive had her since I was 16 as an agent and its really a bummer she'd take advantage of someone she's known for that long. I will be having my mom switch agents because they way she's been brushing us off is unprofessional and unhelpful completely. Ill also be seeing if I can contact the state insurance board and whatever means possible to see how else she did me wrong. Great service, Monica was very helpful explaining all of my policy's terms. This Insurance doesn't have TV ads but Instead they pass the savings unto their customers. This branch has been very helpful. I started driving 4 years ago and I’ve been with them since day one. Denise and her team made things easy to understand and made sure I was comfortable with my packages and prices for my cars.
