This ALLSTATE office is AWESOME!! I have my auto and home owners ins with this office and EVERYONE has always been so helpful, knowledgeable and professional!! Today I had the pleasure of speaking with ED… HE WAS SOOO HELPFUL!! He took the extra time I needed to discuss and understand the details of my coverage. I feel that he sincerely cares about his job and has the knowledge to explain the details that I needed to know, NOW I actually understand the coverage and I feel safe/covered/ comfortable with my policies. I had such a wonderful experience with one of the agents at this office I wanted to share about. My windshield got significant damage while driving on the freeway by rocks hitting and make it crack in half. I called Allstate to see what they could do for me. I spoke with Elida Ramos and she immediately jumped in to help me. She informed me that the replacement was covered through my policy and she was so proactive she scheduled me right away to visit the Safelite facilities within a couple of days. She took care of everything for me. All I had to do was show up with my car. She went above and beyond- she even offered to pick me up in case I didn’t have a ride after dropping off my vehicle.
