Matt Davenport - State Farm Insurance Agent

I've been with Matt Davenport at State Farm for well over 15 years now. First for car insurance, and then added Home Owners insurance a few years ago. There's a reason I've stayed so long. Their customer service is excellent. I want to thank Matt, Andrea, and now Nikki for their sincere kindness and willingness to help, especially when I needed it, during claims. Thank you Matt! Great service! I had help from Andrea and she is just wonderful! She is very helpful, and informative. She was able to help me out with all available discounts that I did not know I even qualified for. Great work ethic all around, and very friendly. I will continue to go to her for all my car insurance needs.

Nikki from State Farm at Matt Davenport’s office is truly amazing. When I let her know that my vehicle was a total loss, she immediately showed genuine empathy and was grateful that everyone involved in the accident was safe. She clearly explained the next steps with my policy and gave me a complete path forward, which really helped during such a stressful time. Nikki is always kind, pleasant, and quick to take care of any requests while making sure I understand everything clearly. Matt and his whole team all are wonderful absolutely the most helpful. I am the least prepared whenever I call in and they always help they’re always so polite. Matt and I have been doing business for many years. I forget exactly how long and my family really appreciates the State Farm team here they are the best

First off who misses an insurance agent! This has always been a really great group of people and the fact that they don’t forget you but understand you isn’t common.
