I wish i could give them a no star review. I have been having to use them for a settlement I got when I was younger. Recently I had to change some info on it for mailing and direct deposits and stuff like that. They have been nothing but a pain in my backside and haven't helped in any way what so ever and ever time I call they give me a ring around. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if possible DO NOT go with them, what ever you do!!!! They are nothing but a headache and in it for themselves and not their customers!

The biggest waste of time and money I have ever seen there is zero customer service the managers are always too busy to answer your calls but you can hear the customer service people talking to the managers they scream and yell at you telling you to be patient when waiting on money for claims they tell you so many different dates and promise to call you back and never will do not ever do business with them

I am so dissatisfied with the way my claim has been handled. Waiting for my claims manager Kim Ostrander to call me back is like a mission. And the representatives that I talk too always say, rest assured you will have a call back… well. This is impeding on my recovery!!!! I just need answers.

You guys need to teach your product manager Janice Micari how to YIELD to oncoming traffic so she doesn’t look goofy when trying to make an insurance claim :)

Prudential does not provide assistance and advice to its retirees when they are having problems with AON and YSA. When your retire don't choose AON for your benefits. They have terrible customer service.
