Protective Agency

I am so glad we are customers to this agency. Mandy is extremely helpful, understanding, has lots of patience, and has excellent customer service. We have all our vehicles and our home insured through the Protective Agency. They have the lowest prices around town. I can't say enough about how well we appreciate the services provided.

I have been with this company from 2008, back before they changed the name from Bennett Insurance company to it's present name of Protective Agency and have received GREAT SERVICE!!! Mandy, who runs this local office, is AWESOME 👌!!! The price and service are excellent AND they BEAT GEICO, PROGRESSIVE and eSurance prices for collision full coverage or just state requirements for liability insurance. And they were willing to insure me when others said I was too risky. Never had any problems filling a claim, even when it was my fault. Since my MVR is clean now, the price has REALLY come down and is still the lowest price I know of even after checking around with other companies. I WAS IN A HIT AND RUN BECAUSE A CAR HIT ME WHILE I HAD MY SON WITH ME AND PROTECTIVE AGENCY WOULD NOT COVER (FULL COVERAGE) BTW . I HAD TO SUE THEM TO EVEN GET BACK WHAT I PUT IN DURING THE ACCIDENT.. MY LAWYER TOLD ME TO GO TO AN INSURANCE COMPANY WHO IS WILLING TO FIGHT WITH ME THEN AGAINST ME
