Chris Habit - State Farm Insurance Agent

Customer service is horrible. The office staff have no idea what is going on. They have had at least 5 miss communications with me over the last 7 months cause financial loss on me and offer no resolution or help. The app is useless takes days to process payments and your get penalized if it doesn't process in time. I was issued a refund for a double payment and then it was revoked and I was being charged back for a missed payments 6 months ago and nothing was communicated to me until I escalated. There were several other issues. I love state farm and have been with them for 10 years or so. Never had an issue until this agent. I have requested to move to a different one. Don't recommend this one for anyone.

Have been clients for over 25 years both business & personal policies. Have. Always been extremely quick to respond & do whatever was necessary to take care of problems. Have incredible employees who take time to listen and try to help. Chris is always available too. You couldn’t find a better team to handle your insurance needs. They are definitely the best !!! I have potential hail damage to my roof. Chris Habit’s office had contacted me within 24 hours of my claim. He also never fails to do a yearly review of my policies. THE best service around!!!
