I have only been a customer for about 6 months but they have really impressed me! I was shopping around for a new Insurance Provider for my auto because I had become disappointed with the customer service and rates of my previous provider. I was given a referral from a friend to check them out. They were very professional and explained the coverage and discounts available to me. I quickly canceled my auto and home insurance with previous provider that I was with for over 30years and joined their TEAM!

After relocating back to Rocky Mount from Raleigh North Carolina after being there for 20 years.I decided it was time for new insurance after being with State farm for several years and getting Porsche service and constant rate hikes.decided I would pay Melvin Mitchell's Allstate insurance company a visit someone and I had dealt with years ago in my youth. To my surprise I was introduced to his daughter April. I explained to her my auto insurance needs and she was able to write me a policy in less than 10 minutes the experience was one of the best experience I've ever had buying auto insurance mainly because of her free spirit of being just a regular down-to-earth person
