I was the power of attorney for my grandmother and had to work with this company. At first, they seemed helpful. However, over time my experience changed. I’m not sure who answers the phone at the front desk, but answering a company phone with just “hello” and not introducing themselves or the business is unprofessional. Each time I’ve called (only 2–3 times over the past four months), I’ve felt like I was a bother for simply trying to get information. The tone has come across as annoyed and not very helpful. As someone handling important matters for a family member, clear communication and professionalism really matter. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience.

I appreciate the work done to help me manage costs while getting the best coverage for my needs. Donna is phenomenal! I do not often write reviews, but I feel the John Hackney Agency is a good choice for anyone who wants transparency with the insurance process and great customer service.

If I could give this incredible group 10 stars, I would. Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Quick turn around time on quotes. Excellent follow through on delivery and communication throughout the entire process. From our experience, this group was a one stop shop. They were able to build a policy package for liability, worker’s compensation, auto insurance, etc. while getting us the best rate, but also the best coverage for that rate. Being a business owner, time is valuable. Thomas and his team were able to do all the foundation work for putting our policies in place AND making sure the policies fit our specific needs.
