This is the absolute worst experience ever. My vehicle was struck by debris from someone else’s accident at 5 or 6 a.m. on a rainy, busy freeway. I filed a claim and have Adam Kline as my rep/investigator. I had a recorded phone interview with him and he determined what document I needed and it was provided. He had an issue with my wife and I changing our deductible 5 or 6 days prior to the claim. We offered to pay the higher deductible. The car was scheduled for repair and then abruptly cancelled. I have now been ghosted for two weeks. There is something wrong with this Midvale office that needs to be addressed. At this point I wouldn’t recommend progressive to anyone. I am wondering if I need a lawyer. I didn’t know that filing a claim was going to lead to so much stress and anguish. Wh

⭐☆☆☆☆ Progressive Tried to Overcharge — I Switched to Geico -------------------------------------------‐‐‐-------------- On 01/21/2026, I used the Progressive app to change the vehicle on my policy from a BMW X5 (which I was paying $110/month for) to a 2WD Ford truck. The automated system initially quoted $125/month — which already seemed high for a less expensive vehicle to insure. I initiated a chat through the app to clarify, and the agent increased the quote by $41 more per month without offering a clear explanation. The agent’s tone was rude and dismissive, and instead of helping find a fair solution, she told me to contact my local agent or try getting cheaper insurance elsewhere. That’s exactly what I did, and within minutes I secured the same coverage through Geico for only $99/m

Honestly, if I could give Progressive zero stars, I would. I had to deal with a complete nightmare of a claims process. After filing a claim on my car, they ghosted me for three weeks—yes, three whole weeks—before I could even get a human on the line. And when I finally did, their customer service line kept bouncing me around like a bad game of phone tag. I had to find a direct line myself just to reach a supervisor—who then sent me straight to voicemail. To top it off, I just wanted help connecting with the other insurance involved in my claim, and they basically shrugged and told me it wasn’t their problem. In the end, they refused to cover anything and said I’d have to pay out of pocket. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this company if you actually want real customer service and a claim ha

This company are absolute frauds they tell you one rice and then the very next bill was way more when I called to question them about it the answer I got was " thats how we get you to sign up with us! With excitement in her voice . Then after the first month it goes up !" Her words exactly! Place is a joke ive since canceled my policy and I warn everyone to stay away from this place!

Dont go with progressive, just got my claim denied after hitting a deer and it wreaking the engine. Not sure what kind of damage they expected i was only going 30mph. Will be getting a lawyer to fight them. Please stay away from them... Who ever it got sent to left parts in my truck. Is normal for your guys to take a part things and not put them back? Got to love getting into a accident and have to fight the claim.
