Progressive is a horrible insurance company. My car was hit by someone who has this insurance and they didn't want to fix my car. She hit me on the driver's side and damaged my headlights, side of my car the wheel and the steering, and alignment. They fixed the outside but didn't fix the wheel and alignment. When I picked my car up and started to drive it it was off the alignment badly and it was jerking all over the place. When I took it back they referred me to a different collision company and they told me that I would have to pay for it myself. I called the progressive supervisor and he told me if I wanted a second diagnosis I would have to pay for it myself, this is after I told him that my car was not properly repaired from the initial accident. Carl Pierre out of the Altanta GA office that handled my claim out of CLE OH was totally unprofessional and wanted me to do many things that I felt were his job. He was not only unprofessional but not informative whatsoever. I tried giving him information, and ask questions and he spoke over me the entire time. I have dealt with other people during my claim process that could not have been nicer or more informative! He however was not enjoyable at all. I hope he gets some additional customer service training!

Representative Melanie S has a voice mail that never answers her client's..voice mail say answer by the end of the day ..people in need. I investigated my own claims case which seems unanswered..I'm not saying progressive is a bad insurance company because I had a accident a while which the last representative was on point with needs..great insurance but terrible representative I ever had..for assistance with this representative .Love progressive but this representative is grade of 1 on scale of 5. But for insurance and get it done a 5 only the reps make it difficult My opinion!
I was sideswiped on 9-18-2025 on the driver's side of my car by a guy that was speeding to a funeral and it knocked my quarter panel loose along with the power steering line and they both were hanging down so I had to drive the car like that for weeks because progressive took 2 months to contact me about fixing my car, so in the mean time my power steering fluid pressure line was hanging down which caused it to be rubbing against the ground and that eventually scraped a pin whole in the power steering line, so 3 of my neighbors helped with trying to put the car back together so it wouldn't be an eye sore. One of the neighbors drove to AutoZone and bought zip ties, power steering fluid, and 2 clamps and we used a piece of hanger and some screws and my 3 neighbors proceeded to put my car ba
