PENALTIES ON TOP OF PENALTIES… The owner, Tin, shows no concern for your well-being. He openly told us, “just pay the fine; it’s only $200-$300.” He lost or erased our file back in 2015, and when we requested assistance, he refused to help. Avoid wasting your money, time, and stress by steering clear of this careless individual.
Just moving from California , I came here to looking for car and house insurance and Tuyen ( office employee) was very friendly, professional and helpful . She gave us all information that we need!( In Vietnamese 😃)

Neglectful of rental tenants,Have clueless guys work the property you rent,The good reviews are the employees and/or family of employees(FAKE)
