Daravy Beng: Allstate Insurance

My mother is my agent so this may be written in bias. However, she is an agent who listens to and cares for her customers, and works hard to find the best packages for each of their needs. Her office is diverse and multilingual, including English, Spanish and Vietnamese.

Ms. Daravy has been my agent for going on 5 years now. I have my auto, home and life policies with her. She is always happy to help answer my questions and helped me understand my coverage options. When I first started with them, Sam helped me maximize my discounts on my auto coverage. I highly recommend them.

My experience with the Beng agency has been an outstanding one. Sam has been able to assist me countless times in my claim issues and explained things to me that helped me understand my situation a lot clearer. Would recommend to any one!

This Agency is very helpful and informative for us. I had my first accident and didn't know what to do and Daravy Beng the agent helped me each step of the way. Allstate is very good and fast as soon as she finished the claim I was already ready to go pick up my car rental!

I did all my stuff online and ended up with this agent which is why I rather deal with people online if I wanted an agent I would have personally went to an Allstate agency. The receptionist Answered the call and told me there’s nothing she can do I have to call 1800 or call after 6 pm when businesses are closed how unprofessional is that? Once I got the appropriate information to speak with the rep I last spoke with no answer left a voicemail no response. At the end of my premium period, I plan to find another agent. The customer service here is the worst.
