Well my experience with this place a year and a half ago for the first two policy I had were decent but this last one I called for a quote because my last policy I had to let laps because my car broke down and I couldn't pay it so I called for a new policy I'm quoted for how much it is 145 a month I paid the deposit well I've been sick recently in and out of the hospital and I've been having a hard time getting anything paid I called today and lady gets on the phone and tells me a number to pay to keep it up to date and it's way more than what I was quoted I tell her that she said no you signed the paper so when they quote your number and they don't directly tell you that price and put it in writing on the email that you just got that they want you to sign,don't ever sign their email stuff

I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with this insurance company. When I called back to ask about my quote information, the representative spoke to me in a rude and condescending tone, as if I were a child instead of a paying customer. She told me that I “should have written it down,” then hung up on me. When I called back, another representative answered and told me to “find another insurance,” which was extremely unprofessional.What made the situation even worse is that my son was in the vehicle during the entire conversation. I would not recommend Maxey Agency. The staff is rude. With nasty attitudes. So Glad I don't have to settle here ...much better elsewhere... best decision I could have ever made switched and saved - .I have much better rates, coverage, and customer service. Maxey Should be happy to still have their doors open but count your days.. Conyers closed down this location is next and .The competition is winning !! Folks Please shop around -rates here @ Maxey are extremely high with the bare minimum State coverage! Maxey Ins Agency will add $8 to send out an invoice if you don't pay your premium in full, Which is also BS - save the paper and postage.-send an email but no just another way to hustle customers with more fees. Called this office today to get a quote and a young lady hung up on me and didn’t pick back up. It’s not like we got into a dispute or altercation. I’m not understanding, am I not supposed to ask questions? All I wanted to do is get a quote, have an understanding of my coverage, and pay the full six months. I guess she didn’t want me as a new customer.

Tried to get a quote and the rep made it so uncomfortable - his customer service is not for African Americans.
