Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

Terrible, I don't recommend this insurance to anyone! A simple call to include a vehicle in my policy, which would be good for them, I spent more than a week trying and nothing to solve, I called 9 times and passed the information many times and they transferred and nothing to solve! Bad service !!!

I spoke to Tylynn who reviewed my auto insurance. She was very professional and helpful. She answered my questions, explained everything so that I understood and was able to also save me money on my policy. I recommend Progressive Insurance.

Progressive is nothing more than a rip off. After six months, they doubled my car insurance with no explanation so I went with another insurance company two weeks after canceling progressive they took over $700 out of my checking account one month later and I’m still trying to get my money back. They said I’m getting a refund where the hell is it? They shouldn’t have taken the money to begin with and no explanation as to why they Doubled my insurance

i have the worse costumer service experienced ever very bad no knowledge no skills rude. I had to call three time to get to someone to help. first time and this will be the last time i insure withe this company. I would give no stars if i have an option

Progressive is a thief and there customer service sucks. I gave them all my car information and they still asked for more proof. When they did the quote it was $607 paid for june and July by the end of july of of sudden they chnaged it to $878.00. So I cancelled before my due dtae and they send me an email saying they want to charge me a balance of $115.00 thats a rip off knowing damm well i paid wlthe whole amount the last two months. I did a mistek in changing from geico o them. I went back to geico they never have guven me no issues with anything. Mind you had a girl twice in customer service with an attitude didnt ket me speak or explain told her off. They need to be investigated for stealing people's money.
