(Past 12 months) Multiple promised calls back regarding billing inquiries due to repeated billing errors never happened. (5/30/19) I called again for explanation regarding another billing error. After a detailed and accurate explanation of the current bill, I was sworn at over the phone by the agency owner Peter Camber, the accuracy of the information he was giving to me contradicted the information another agent (his daughter Christin) at that office relayed to me via Safety just days prior. Peter then asked me “do you want me to fire her?”. Decide for yourself whether or not you want to do business here.
