Customer Reviews
Customer service is poor. They were available by phone only to sign me up. After that you can only contact them by email and hope to get a response. I sent an email requesting a certificate of my insurance 6 weeks ago with no response. The website looks great but logging in does not usually work. Customer service is essential for the success of a business in this field. I have given this company feedback before but did not see any change unfortunately. The educational material they provide is helpful to be fair but that is about it.
Impossible to get a hold of. They do not answer their phones, or respond to emails.
PRMS is wonderful. They are immediately responsive and incredibly helpful. I have used them for 13 years and would not change carriers.
Not very user friendly.
