Needed renters insurance quick, team very fast and got me a policy within 15 minutes. Then quoted me to bundle my auto insurance along with a small life policy and now I am paying less for both than I was for just auto with progressive. Excellent customer service.

I've had multiple issues with communications with this branch, from simple updates to personal details to changes of address for my auto policy. The couple of times I've had to reach out to this branch have been met with annoyance that I've contacted them. Due to life events, I had to call to cancel my auto insurance policy and once it was no longer in their benefit, I was talked down to and was hung up on mid-sentence. After the request to cancel, I asked to receive a copy in writing and the person I was speaking to said that he was busy, had multiple people in line, and that he would get to it eventually. I attempted to then state that I recognize that canceling is not the highest priority, but also thank him for his time, he hung up on me. I had been with State Farm for 20+ years, and

Insurance rates are great and Jose was very responsive to my insurance needs! Update 8/7/25 - Derek has been phenomenal helping to get our new policy setup on our home. He was also a great help last month when my wife was involved in a car accident. Very attentive and responded quickly to help ensure we were covered!

Best customer experience!! They are quick to answer emails, and always find a way to see your are being taken care. If you have any issues, they alway try to help you in a timely manner. With bilingual staff, I can be sure that my parents will never have a problem trying to call there and find help when needed. Johno is great agent and in reflection, so is his team!! He is always there when you need him. Hands down my favorite State Farm office in town! My parents and I have been with State Farm for years. But this office is the best.
