Very efficient, personable and helpful. Luaretta is an actual agent and addressed all my concerns on the first call. I have been inundated with text, email and calls from clearing house discount brokers. They all were more expensive than what Lauretta had quoted me. I would be willing to pay a higher premium for personalized service, but in this case I obtained the best coverage with personalized service at the best price.
