Keep away from this agent . Richard, he is the owner this agent He made my insurance policy with progressive . After 5 days the progressive change the price So much higher. I called Richard , why progressive change the price He said I don’t know call them I said you are the agent call them Later I called them They said the agent no send all the paperwork I go to send it with help from my friend . I got much problems from him One day I go to his office no like open the door It was very cold . I don’t know why he did that with any person come to him and keep him outside in cold weather. He keep me outside in clod no open the door
