Honestly, I was dreading going somewhere new for car insurance, especially having to drag two kids under two with me. However, Zina made going there quick, easy, and comfortable. Where many others would get annoyed or frustrated with my children tagging along, she was sweet, kind, and helpful. As soon as I got there she was helping me with the door for my stroller and making sure we were comfortable before even getting started. this is the only insurance agency in the whole world that would make somebody travel hours from out of state working to sign a document. They do not have electronic or they do not offer it, making it almost nearly impossible for a customer to walk away happy.... my daughter was just told today that she had in order to cancel her insurance on the cancellation date that she had to come in and sign a document could not do it electronically or any other way scam scam scam!!!!! then the agent knowingly tells her that she can contact national general directly, knowing that they're going to refer her right back to this agent in sitting in the monroe office that will not help!!!!!! this really is a scam.
