Wife was in a accident & the agent never asks me 1 time how my wife was but his secretary knew about it & called me every2 weeks. But sure not the guy that gets my money so I had too go to new company & would not use this office the secretary is great but owner or the. Agent that I had. Was the worst any one person could have when you have 10 rides & 2 homes you would think he would like to keep that guy that has not had a at. Fault claim in over 16 years but he is only about his self & money don't. Care about you or your family

Excellent service after a devastating ice storm. I actually dealt with Auto Owners Claims adjusters who rapidly came to my home and completed initial paperwork from their van office! I am beyond pleased and trying to get all damage repaired before our next storm. They are a 10 star company and I've been with them about 30 years plus.

Decided to get a quote it was much much cheaper from another Insurance Company called up there to have the customer service get me another quote explain why my rates were so high in the first place they would rather lose a customer
