I would not go to this location. Girl has a bad attitude was standing outside smoking a cigarette when I pulled up And the whole inside smelled like a cigarette

Called to figure out coverage details. Told the guy what happened. He said my deductible is $250. Filed a claim then come to find out it's actually 750. Opps sorry. It's only a $500 dollar difference. We all have that laying around right. Our campers already at a shop. Guy was super rude. Raising his voice at me and hanging up. This is the second time with this company that there was an opps. I was also told when we were getting insurance that we would be able to get the umbrella policy for "no cost at all". Come to find out that was also a lie when we got our bill. So unprofessional.If I were you stick with progressive never had a problem with them. Wish I would've just stayed with them.

Terrible experience with Allstate. Would not recommend them at all. Really enjoy the commercials though, keep up the good work with the entertainment part of your business. As far as taking care of me during a time of mayhem, I had to get a lawyer and sue the company and then take a loss. just a sidenote. It was NOT the Anthony Staelgrave agency who handled it. Although I’m afraid it wasn’t really the agents fault at all either it’s just the big monster above them.

My daughter was looking for house insurance and their agent Julie Cacko was excellent! Promt response and my daughter got the best deal from them. She even went with the auto insurance. She received excellent and promt service from Julie as well. Highly recommended!!
