Farm Bureau Jarrait Insurance

PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! WHO ever it was that said it before is COMPLETELY RIGHT! this guy is only out for himself… could CARE LESS about his customers….. I can’t even get him on the phone! He specifically told me he would call me back!! A week ago!! Guess what? Still nothing! I call every day… will leave a message…. 🤣🤣 yeah ok…. Already did that. Still nothing… iv got a feeling he don’t wanna talk to me and is trying to force me into another 6 month contract… no thank you. I switched from them and went from paying 3300 for homeowners to 1,400 with better benefits! My house payment went down. I also save another 90$ on my auto insurance!

I'm sorry Brittney that the multiple responses didn't meet your expectations, and rate increases you experienced was out of the control of agency or company due to client reports or records we don't make public to insure your privacy, however it would have the same impacts company to company. Mark is a great agent, took good care of me in my business insurance. We are probably going to have him do all of our insurance needs.
