Any business or company looking to work with a vendor for their FSA or HSA, etc. accounts should look elsewhere. I've had continued struggles with this company. You cannot get anyone on the phone, even after waiting for 10, 15, 20 minutes. It goes to an answering machine and no one calls back. After 1 month, I did not receive my reimbursement check and the woman I spoke with assured me I could fill out a missing check form and they would be able to deposit the amount into my check as a direct deposit. That day came and went and I still did not receive my money. They "mailed" my initial check 1/8/26, it is 3/5/26 and I still have not been paid. I do not believe they mailed a check or a 2nd check. I believe they have lied, and I don't know hat they are doing. If they have staff, the

After 29 years, I will be dropping services with this group. The turn around time is unacceptable. There is a ridiculous wait time to speak with an agent. Messages and calls go unanswered. They are using my money and then do not process a claim. Current wait time is nearly 30 days and I still haven't spoken with anyone.

I've been dealing with this company for about 18yrs with my job. They were great from 2007-2020/2021. Since 2021 their turn around for flex pay reimbursement has been grossly delayed. 2021-2022 1-2 weeks, 2023-2024 3-4 weeks. In 2025 over 4 weeks. I submitted my claim at the end of October we in December. I still haven't received it. The pace they moving I have to get the rest of my claim in. I might get the rest of my money in March/April. In the past I received my reimbursement within 48-72 hours. This is so disappointing. If they are understaffed or working from home they need to hire more agents or bring them back to the office. Please get your act together. Thank you.

They owe me almost 1000 from my daycare account. My employer even told me I made X amount in contributions and yet they don’t acknowledge it or pay me for the discrepancy (they claim I have only contributed Y). I’ve been dealing with this for two months and can’t get anyone to call me back after multiple phone calls where I’m on hold and it eventually goes to voicemail, as well as leaving a voicemail. My employer is the only person that can get through to them but even that has been difficult. My theory is they purposely take your money and never *fully* reimburse you unless you double and triple check everything, in hopes you forget about it. A horrible company.

Horrible communication. I was not informed I had 90 days to use my own money after leaving my last job. I submitted my claim in December like I always have and was told they returned it to my old employer. My employer didn’t put the money into the account. It came out of my paychecks. Why would they return it to an old employer that didn’t contribute money to the account without sending me a notification? I don’t recommend doing business with them. Very shady business.
