Love my agent and everyone in her office. Don't like the high cost of my auto insurance. Received a letter about my homeowners saying that if I we need a new roof the insurance will only pay 40%. Do not know why, have been a member forever. If our roof was to get checked out, would probably need to be replaced. Actually been thinking about shopping around for cheaper prices.

Of all the insurance companies that I have had through my many years American Family has been the best. Whenever I've needed to speak with someone at American Family they really do make you feel like Family. I'm absolutely sure they will always be my insurance Company for all my insurance needs. All is well, just wish that those of us who have not submitted claims in a long time did not have to pay ever increasing premiums. From an outsider looking in, it is no wonder why there are so many uninsured motorists on the roads. With today’s economy hard for folks to afford all the things that regulations say you must have. Seems like there are fees for everything.
