NavSav Insurance - Council Bluffs

I came across the Council bluffs Nav Sav by chance, went in for a bid on commercial auto and over the next 3 weeks ended up switching all my insurance through them. If I have an issue or need anything updated I simply send a text or email to the agent and it’s done almost immediately. Absolutely phenomenal customer service and not to mention got me better rates than I’ve been able to find the past 3 years. If you need insurance, commercial, personal, renters, etc, call Kelley or Linzy or Amber in the CB branch, you won’t be disappointed!

I've been trying for two weeks to get a new homeowners policy. The first lady I talked to said someone would call me back in a couple of days. After a week and not hearing from anybody I called again. I was told by another lady that the person I originally spoke with was at lunch and she would have her call me when she got back. That was 3 days ago, and I haven't heard a thing. Terrible customer relations. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Zero stars. No follow up. Asked specific questions that were never answered. Called today to get my yearly premium price, it took 15 mins for them to give me that number. Didn't get my new insurance here.

Was the best but under new management they are a total failure. First visit about renewal door was locked after 9 am, rattled door and a man let me in said no help took my information and said he would call me back no call after 2 days left message after a lengthy message about how good they was. No call back so tried 3 more times no call back. Decided that was it found another agency and they took care of my needs so cancelled all police’s with Navsup

I had a great experience at NavSav. Everyone was very welcoming and knowledgeable. My service agent, Kelley, was exceptionally helpful.
