New Freedom Insurance

I bought a new car 6-18-18, I called to get my insurance revised, as I now need a lower deductible, and have yet to hear back from anyone. I have left several messages, spoken with someone directly, and for about a week you couldn’t even leave a message due to the voicemail being full. Apparently I need to find a new company. #disappointedclient

Worst customer service. I don't understand why my quote was so much less with more coverage with a different insurance rep. I could only guess it was laziness on New Freedom Insurance and not finding me and good deal. They also wouldn't return calls and never answer phones. They lost me and other members of my household as a client.

State Auto Insurance company to go through Ashley is in charge say their subsidiaries company they will get you the cheapest rate possible and takes care of you right away highly recommended

We have been with new freedom insurance for a very long time and I truly trust them and they are very good to me Brittany and Tom are very very sweet and good people
