Farmers Insurance - Paula Sass

If I could rate this place zero stars out of five or negative -100 out of five I would. This place raises your rates and they don’t even tell you about it until you go to pay your house payment and notice it’s gone up $800. I wouldn’t recommend Farmers if they were the last insurance company on earth because of this they put me in a financial crisis with my Mortgage company. When I called them to ask why my rates went up they never gave me an answer. The solution to this would be to close down this facility and bulldoze it down and turn it into a parking lot.

They hardly ever answer the phones. I asked them for a quote for insurance, she told me it will take all weekend to tell me the quote, but when I called other insurance agencies they stayed on the phone for less than 10 minutes to give me an answer. They are really lazy here and will not ever get back to you.

I first of all don’t even try to contact this people. Especially if you’re bilingual. They give no effort in trying to get an interpreter locally to help you gain another customer.they will just hang up on u!!!😡

Could not ask for a better agent! Paula always knows what I need and is on top of things when I call with any questions.

My needs were met with great service at a fair cost and delivered with a neighborly smile...!
