I can't log in to see if a payment posted. Asking for a user name and password. It used to ask for Policy number, Last name and zip code. I have trouble getting my mail for some reason and conduct most business online. Disappointed.
I called and spoke to Ashley because I was needing something emailed to me. She was fast, and had patience with me. She also had a great sense of humor.
In working with this company I find them to be professional, helpful and friendly. There is no long phone wait when speaking with a customer service person is what you want to do, and they take care of you like they want to keep your business. I highly recommend Piedmont Mutual!
This Company is GREAT! They are always friendly and take time to answer my questions. I feel like they want to earn my business and trust.
