Personal Service Insurance Company

Fraudsters!! I have paid these con artists hundreds for months, for years. I get struck by another driver and file a claim through them. They won't even match the offer to replace my vehicle from the opposing insurance company. LET THAT SINK IN. They have nothing to lose, they are not paying for the damages (the other driver's insurance is), and then they want to steal my car and sell it for $6,000.00 to a salvage yard. How the hell is that even legal?!? Nevermind ethical or "good customer service". I have sent them independent assessments AND my exact vehicle with matching milage on the websites of several other dealerships. Absolute refusal to do what is right. How would you feel if you got rear ended and then was told by the insurance at fault that you were responsible for paying for some of the damage? I was involved in an accident with someone who had this insurance and was clearly at fault. The insurance adjusted never answered or returned my phone calls then sent me a check that didn't even come close to covering the damaged of my vehicle according to the lowest estimates I was able to obtain from a mechanic. They didn't send an adjuster out to assess the damage and didn't send me a copy of their estimate. I was told that I am responsible for finding someone who can do the work for that price. This company takes advantage of victims, is unprofessional, and unpleasant to work with. I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with them.

Brenna Seeney is so rude. she has no compassion to be working in customer service. this insurance is a joke. she told me she was holding me liable for an accident I was in because “i’m not your insurance i’m going to support my client no matter what”
