My nonprofit (Discovering You) canceled our policy in May 2024 through our broker. Kept getting statements in the mail for months. Finally spoke to a rep on Nov 11 who said they never received the cancelation notice. Had my broker send it over again. As of Dec 17th, we are still getting notices in the mail for late charges. There is no way to send them documents directly as a client, as they only work directly with the brokers. I have a copy of my dated cancelation form but no contact to send it to. We are no longer operating on the state contract, and are on volunteer basis only, so there is no need for us to keep this policy nor pay for extra expenses we don't need. Update as of 1/2/25 Received a collections notice for the account's past due amount on 12/31. Responded to the claim with
