She went above and beyond to try to resolve my issue. She kept me informed and updated me frequently on the process of the policy change. When we met challenges through with underwriting, she escalated my case. She has a very pleasant, sweet and warm disposition. I was able to relate to her and she made me feel valued as a customer. Wonderful service, highly recommend! I recently moved and was looking for a home & auto insurance agent near me. This place had great reviews on google so I thought I'd stop by for a quote and see what they're like. The receptionist was very friendly, she greeted me right away and took down my information. Brian, the agent I spoke with, was very professional and knowledgeable about the policies I was inquiring about. If there was anything that I wasn't clear about, he would always clarify and explain them to me, as there were a couple things my old insurance did not have but State Farm offered.
